3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our service, please notify our designated agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. AI-Generated Content

Mirage AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content. We take the following measures regarding AI-generated content and copyright:

• AI models are trained only on properly licensed content or content created with explicit consent from creators.
• Users are prohibited from using our service to generate content that infringes upon third-party copyrights.
• If you believe AI-generated content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA notice procedure above.
• We will promptly investigate and remove any content found to be infringing.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
